Under the leadership of a General Manager, Santa Cruz Regional 9-1-1 comprises three divisions: Business, Operations, and Systems.
Business Division manages and supports the day-to-day administrative activities including employee benefits, payroll, accounts receivable and payable, budget, meeting support, and records requests.

Operations Division consists of all 9-1-1 dispatchers, call-takers, and supervisors and is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are responsible for connecting the community to necessary resources.
Systems Division is responsible for implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computerized systems including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), 9-1-1 telephones, mapping, mobile data computers (MDCs), and reporting and data services.
