Accreditation

In March 2004 Santa Cruz Regional 9-1-1
earned its initial accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies [CALEA.org].

In 2010 we were reaccredited for the second time and are currently the only 9-1-1 Communications Center in California to be accredited. As part of the CALEA requirements, we must post Internal Affairs Investigation Statistics:
